The Governor of Connecticut Daniel Malloy signed a proclamation regarding the Holodomor.

The American state of Connecticut recognized the Holodomor 1932-1933 genocide against the Ukrainian people. This was reported by the Ukrainian Embassy in the United States on his page in Facebook on Wednesday, November 21.

“Today, Connecticut has recognized the Holodomor in Ukraine of 1932-1933 a genocide against the Ukrainian people. The corresponding proclamation was signed by Governor Daniel Malloy,” – said in the message.

Note that Connecticut became the 21st state of the USA that made this decision.
