Consider the case of ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych in the composition of the Pechersk district court of Kyiv not enough judges. This was stated by the Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yevhen Yenin, reports “Еспресо.TV”.

“During the trial phase of the proceedings, Viktor Yanukovych, we expect some difficulties. We’re already doing it. In the composition of the Pechersk district court of Kyiv, which shall consider the matter, no sufficient number of judges,” said ENIN.

In addition, according to him, under the law, those investigative judges who participated in the pre-trial investigation, may not participate in the trial phase of the case.

Recall that Yanukovych fled from Kiev on the night of February 22, 2014 and soon finally left Ukraine. Law enforcement officers suspect Yanukovych of involvement in mass killings of protesters during Euromaidan and a number of other crimes.
