The head of the State border service of Ukraine Petro Cigital confirmed in an interview with channel 5 that Russia strengthens the border with Ukraine on the section bordering the individual districts of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions (ORDA) to prevent the infiltration of separatists on its territory.

To a journalist’s question, whether there corresponds to reality information that Russia reinforced the border with ORDO in order not to prevent on its territory the separatists, Cigital said that such fact is confirmed from different sources.

“This is a signal to us that not all of them so well,” he added.

Recall that in late July the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has appointed Lieutenant General Peter Chikala the new head of the State border service, instead of Viktor Nazarenko, who resigned for health reasons.
