Parliament Commissioner for human rights Lyudmila Denisova appealed to the head of the presidential administration of Russia. The corresponding letter on Wednesday, June 27, she posted on the social network Facebook.

According to her, the assurances given to her by Russian President Vladimir Putin as the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on human rights on the smooth admission without any pre-conditions to the held of the citizens of Ukraine, currently not implemented.

“Therefore sent an official letter to the head of the presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Anton Vaino, to ensure the implementation given to me by the President of the Russian Federation guarantees”, – I wrote to Denisov.

 

 

Earlier in Moscow was found the ombudspersons of Ukraine and Russia. During negotiations, it was decided to simultaneously apply the first visits to prisoners.
