Oleg Nypadymka was born in 1958. He graduated from the faculty of journalism of the Kishinev state University. He worked as Deputy chief editor in a number of Ukrainian Newspapers.
Nypadymka was the first Deputy chief editor of Ukrainian newspaper Vedomosti. In 1997 he became the first chief editor of the newspaper Today. In 1998, recognized as the Merited journalist of Ukraine.
