Disqualification of the Russian athletes extended, Ukraine will seriously check

Дисквалификацию российских легкоатлетов продлили, Украину серьезно проверят

The all-Russian athletics Federation has not been restored.

The international Association of athletics federations (IAAF) decided not to restore the rights of all-Russian athletics Federation (vfla).

Membership of the club at the IAAF was suspended in November 2015. The reason for this was the findings of the Commission world anti-doping Agency (WADA) after the investigation of violations of anti-doping rules in Russian athletics.

In international competitions, Russian athletes will continue to participate in the neutral status.

Also, the IAAF has included Ukraine in the group A, which includes countries with the highest risk of doping. This group was included athletics Federation, Belarus, Kenya and Ethiopia. This statement was made by the organization’s President Sebastian CoE at a press conference.

This means that athletes from Ukraine, Belarus, Kenya, and Ethiopia needs to be tested for doping at least three times before the world Cup, which will be held in the fall of 2019 in Qatar.

Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian runner Stetsenko disqualified because of the doping, and the athlete Ruslan Dmytrenko is suspected of doping.
