The tournament organisers have in store for players in the comic competition called the Grand Slam Dunk.

On Monday, the 15th of January in Melbourne, the first Grand slam tournament – the Australian Open.

Before the beginning of the start “major” of the season, the organizers decided to have fun with the participants, among whom were Ukrainian tennis players – Sergiy Stakhovsky and Alexandr Dolgopolov.

Athletes were given a basket of balls and the goal was to get to certain objectives that give points.

Dolgopolov managed to score 110 points and took second place. Victory in the challenge Grand Slam Dunk got Russian Artem Rublev – 120 points. As the three locked – Philipp Kohlschreiber from Germany.

Let’s add, that Alexander Dolgopolov will start the match against Austrian Andreas Haider-Maurer. But Sergiy Stakhovsky failed to qualify, losing to German Matthias of Bachinger.
