The last flight Kharkov-Rome this winter season will be held on 28 December 2019 4 January 2020, and the flight Kharkov-Milan – 29 Dec 2019, 5 and 12 January 2020. At the moment sales on other dates, including the summer schedule 2020, are not available.

“All passengers affected by these changes, was informed accordingly by e-mail and SMS. Requests for refund and/or reissue of the ticket on other flights are handled,” – said in the letter a press-service lowcost.

It also highlights that passengers whose flights have been cancelled can choose a free ticket change to alternative flights Ernest Airlines until March 28, 2020 or get a full refund.
