According to the public Prosecutor, Salamatin, in particular, tore the contract between Kharkiv design Bureau named after Morozov, Antonov company, SE SVTF Progress and the Iraqi Ministry of defense for the supply, repair and maintenance of military equipment. This has led to the loss of Ukraine-for $ 560 million.
