The experts assessed the activity of the President of Petro Poroshenko in the second year of his tenure as President on 4.5 points on a scale. This was stated by an analyst of the Fund “Democratic initiatives” name Ilka Kucheriv Aleksey Sidorchuk, reports Interfax-Ukraine.

“Estimated at 4.5 points. For comparison, the average grade for the first year of his presidency was 5.3 points”, – said Sidorchuk.

According to him, the main achievement of the President experts believe the suspension of the escalation of hostilities in the Donbass, the implementation conditions for introduction of visa-free regime with the EU, the creation of an efficient army, as well as international support. In addition, the experts mention the change of government, the preservation of the parliamentary coalition, the continuation of sanctions against Russia, the reform of the police.

According to experts, Poroshenko is best coped with the conduct of foreign policy (6.1 points), and the worst part is the head of state turned out to appointments (3 points). Interaction with the Parliament, the experts rated at 5.1 points, interaction with the government – 4.5 points. Experts put on 4.3 points P. Poroshenko on the role of guarantor of the Constitution and human rights, as well as for settlement of the armed conflict in the Donbass.

The experts assessed the interaction of the President with society at 3.9 points, the reform is 3.7 points, fulfilling campaign promises is 3.2 points.

These are the results of the expert survey conducted by Fund “Democratic initiatives name Ilka Kucheriv” may 18-23, 2016, which surveyed 57 people.

We will note, according to the April poll, Poroshenko in the presidential election would be supported by 8.8% of respondents (the third place). The ranking leader is Yulia Tymoshenko (10,6%), in second place Yuri Boyka (9%).
