The leader of the “Committee of rescue of Ukraine”, Volodymyr Oliynyk has asked a Moscow court to recognize the fact of the coup in Ukraine in February 2014.

According to him, with the same requirements he has appealed to the Ukrainian authorities, but was refused.

“Turning in a Moscow court, we act according to the universal Declaration of human rights, which allows citizens to use the courts of those countries which had signed the Declaration,” – said Oleynik.

The politician is sure that the decision of the Dorogomilovskiy district court of Moscow can be used in the European courts and the constitutional court of Ukraine and the Venice Commission.

According to Oleynik, the court hearing scheduled for December 5, 2016.

“I am confident in our victory. As said by the Roman lawyers, a thing which does not belong to you, as its not rebook, belong to you will not” – said oppositioner.

According to him, Ukraine has accumulated dissatisfaction with the current authorities.
