Former Ukrainian Pavel Ishchenko has brought to Israel a medal TH Boxing

Ishchenko won Israel’s first medal of the European Championships in 2010.

A graduate of the Kherson school of Boxing, the champion of Europe-2013 in the national team of Ukraine Pavlo Ishchenko, has brought to Israel a bronze medal at the European championship 2017 in the category up to 60 kg.

Ishchenko up to 2015 played for the Ukrainian national team and traveled to the Olympics in London, but there lost in the first round. In June 2015 Ishchenko signed a contract with the American company Fight Promotions and moved on to professional Boxing, where he managed to hold three matches and all win.

What happened next in a Pro career Ishchenko – known, but this spring the Federation of Boxing of Ukraine received a letter from Israeli colleagues with the request to allow Ishchenko to play for their national team.

In the championship of Europe on Boxing Ishchenko is Israel does this very successfully – the semi-finals, despite the defeat it from the Russians of Gabil Mammadov brought to the former Ukrainian bronze medal.
