Mykola Guta is suspected of major fraud
The Shevchenkovsky district court of Kiev chose for extradited from Switzerland Mykola Guta a measure of restraint in the form of personal commitment.
The court released without bail the former head of the Board of Directors and co-owner of Mriya agro holding Mykola Huta, who was extradited from Switzerland.
It is reported by the ekonomichna Pravda with reference to the press Secretary of the Prosecutor General Andrei Lysenko on Wednesday, November 7.
“Yesterday, the Shevchenko district court decided to release on the personal obligation only extradited from Switzerland to Ukraine gr. T. (Nikolai Guta – ed.)”, – he said.
According to Lysenko, the investigation will lead the Investigation Department of GU Ministry of emergency, Kiev, and implement procedural manual – city Prosecutor’s office.
Recall that on 5 November it became known that in Ukraine from Switzerland extradited citizen, who was wanted for fraud in the amount of 800 million UAH. Later, the media reported that we are talking about Nicolae Guta, who led the agricultural holding Mriya.
Earlier in October from Montenegro extradited Ukrainian woman, who is suspected of legalizati and more than 1.6 billion of the proceeds of crime. Then it was about the defendant in the case of “gas scheme” the people’s Deputy Oleksandr Onishchenko.
