In Ukraine for the day arrived from Europe more than 68 million cubic meters of gas. The main volume was received from Slovakia.

The volume of gas in underground storages of Ukraine as of September 9, reached 18,963 billion cubic meters this is evidenced by the operational data of Ukrtransgaz on Wednesday, September 11.

The company publishes information on stocks in underground storage facilities with a two-day delay, and this means that as of Wednesday, the number of accumulated gas has already exceeded 19 billion cubic meters.

On Monday, the UGS was uploaded 72,97 million cubic meters of gas. The selection of stores was carried out. They are filled by 61%.

Per day to Ukraine from Europe did 68,652 million cubic meters of gas from Slovakia – 42,550 million cubic meters, from Hungary – 19,319 million cubic meters, Poland – 6,784 million cubic meters of gas.

Thus, the Ukrainian UGS filled today 61%. As you know, Ukraine has Europe’s largest gas storage – 12 underground gas storage facilities total active capacity of about 31 billion cubic meters.

Recall that in Ukraine this year need to upload to store an extra 3 billion cubic meters of gas. The beginning of the heating season in underground storage facilities should have 20 billion cubic meters.

Earlier it was reported that in two weeks, Ukraine has pumped a billion cubic meters of gas. Note, since the beginning of the injection season gas Ukraine increased its reserves by about half.
