Germany will provide loans to small and medium businesses of Ukraine

The company will lend at a rate of 15% per annum in UAH.

The German-Ukrainian Fund and KredoBank signed the agreement on crediting of Ukrainian small and medium enterprises in the amount of UAH 100 million. The document was signed on Wednesday, October 11.

It is noted that KredoBank will lend to the company at the rate of 15% per annum in UAH. The agreement is part of a Program of assistance to SMEs financed by the government of Germany through the German development Bank KfW and supported by the EU initiative EU4Business.

Among the priority lending areas of SMEs noted agriculture, forestry and fisheries, processing industry, temporary accommodation and food, electricity, gas, steam and conditioned air.

Funds will provide for the purchase and modernization of equipment, the purchase, construction or reconstruction of premises, working capital to expand production.

In the framework of the SME support Programme of the German state development Bank KfW Ukraine will provide UAH 300 million to support SME financing over the next 40 years.
