According to authorities, the foreigners are part of the illegal armed group “Ghost” of the self-proclaimed LNR.

“These citizens – mercenaries, under the auspices of the United Continentale, which professes and Pro-Russian policy. Founder and coordinator of the NFP “Ghost” is a citizen of the Russian Federation A. Markov”, – noted in GPU.

During a pretrial investigation were also established the identity of foreigners-mercenaries (citizens of France, Serbia, Brazil, Czech Republic, Spain). It is noted that these persons regularly undergo military training at the training bases in Rostov-on-don.

Now the Prosecutor’s office carries out the necessary procedural actions aimed at collection of evidence of illegal activity of foreigners on the territory of Ukraine.
