Gritsenko on the meeting of foreign Ministers of “Norman Quartet”: It’s a failure and hopeless story

Гриценко о встрече глав МИД "нормандской четверки": Это провал и бесперспективная история

Anatoly Gritsenko

The ex-Minister of defence of Ukraine Anatoly Gritsenko said yesterday’s meeting of foreign Ministers of “Norman Quartet” (Ukraine, Russia, France and Germany – ed.), failure and hopeless history. He declared it on air of TV channel “112 Ukraine”.

“A short evaluation of yesterday’s meeting is a failure, is a waste of time and hopeless story. There is only the Russian balalaika, and it does not suit us as a sovereign independent state. Since the Minsk agreement can not ensure the fulfilment of the first point (the ceasefire and a prisoner exchange), and it has lasted two years, it is clear that these drugs do not work and drive the situation in the worst period. Around this table to sit US, UK and Poland or Lithuania, which feel on the skin of the Russian Federation. Then there will be changes”, – said Gritsenko.

For its part, the Russian foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that in the Donbass will be no paramilitary missions, including the OSCE.
