The sides will discuss issues of cooperation and trade.

The head of the Ukrainian government Volodymyr Groisman will meet in Ottawa with his canadian counterpart Justin Trudeau on October 31. About it reported in a press-service of the canadian Prime Minister.

“The Prime Minister Justin Trudeau today announced that October 31 will meet with the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman in Ottawa,” – said in the message.

During the meeting the sides will discuss ways of deepening cooperation between Canada and Ukraine, including through trade and business opportunities created in the framework of the Agreement on free trade zone between Canada and Ukraine.

“Canada and Ukraine have a long history of friendship across generations family ties and shared values. I look forward to meeting with Prime Minister Groysman to discuss how we can work together to build a more prosperous and secure future for our countries,” said Trudeau.

Canadian Prime Minister also advocated the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

Earlier the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko called on the Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau to resume the program, providing the Ukrainian military with satellite imagery to monitor the movement of Russian troops in the Donbas.
