Groysman held the first meeting of the new Cabinet

Step-by-step plan for implementation of priority reforms will be ready in a month, the Prime Minister said.

The tasks of the new government should be to support macroeconomic stability, the fight against corruption, as well as focus on further economic growth. This was stated by Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman during the first meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers under his leadership, UNIAN reports.

Groysman reminded that after 30 days will be ready step-by-step plan for implementation of priority reforms.

“Our priorities remain the same – improving the quality of governance, macroeconomic and financial stability, restoring economic growth. One of the priorities is the fight against corruption,” he said, adding that it is necessary to fill the budget, which will be aimed at solving current problems.

He noted that it was important not just to get a set of plans for reforms, and to determine the area of responsibility of each Minister.

Also, according to him, the adoption of important government bills for effective reform.

He stressed that the overall objective is to improve the quality of life of people, and it should be on the agenda of each Minister. “The main priority is the people… are Counting on the responsibility of each Minister,” he said.

According to Groisman, the first decisions will be adopted at today’s government meeting.

We will remind that on April 14, Ukraine’s new government, headed by former speaker of Parliament Groisman. In the new Cabinet remained the part of officials of the times of Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk. The health Ministry is still without a leader.
