In addition, according to the Prime Minister, about 5.5 billion. Ukraine annually spends to cover the deficit of the Pension Fund, and another 5% of GDP is spent on security and defense.

“The reforms we need as air. Everyone who says they don’t need need all all to pay today, – I also support it. But those who say they do understand that in the budget there is no money, and how to do it, they do not know. This nonsense we sometimes take for granted,” said the Prime Minister.

Ukraine’s state debt, according to the Finance Ministry, or 66.8% of GDP and 70% of debt is foreign currency loans.

It should be noted that until the end of October, Ukraine has to fulfill several conditions of the EU, otherwise you will not receive the third tranche of macro-financial assistance in the amount of 600 million euros.
