“If we are talking about the fact that the premium was paid extra for Stockholm, I want to see the funds in Stockholm in the accounts of the state Treasury. Such money has not yet been reported. If they were not received, and subject of the award is not” – said Groisman.

As reported, the debt of Gazprom for the year increased by $200 million Debt to Russia’s Gazprom to Ukrainian Naftogaz for the year increased by almost $ 200 million.

We will remind, on February 28, 2018 the Stockholm arbitration has obliged Gazprom to pay Naftohaz more than 4.6 billion dollars for nedopostavlyaetsya volumes of gas for transit under bilateral agreements. Earlier, the court reaffirmed the debt of Ukrainian companies for the supply of gas for the sum more than 2 billion U.S. dollars. In the end, the results of two arbitration disputes between companies on the supply and transit of gas, Gazprom has to pay the NAC of 2.56 billion dollars.

In July 2018, Naftogaz filed in the Stockholm arbitration court a second lawsuit against Gazprom. The Ukrainian company demands to revise the tariff for transit of gas since March 2013, also from the Russian side the reparation of 12.5 billion dollars. Russian Gazprom, in turn, has submitted the claim about cancellation of the contract with Naftogaz for transit. The Stockholm arbitration has combined both suits into one case.
