Ukrainians do not receive the necessary medical assistance, according to Verkhovna Rada Commissioner on human rights.

The condition of a prisoner in Russia Ukrainian Stanislav Cliche worsens, however, he is not getting necessary medical care. On Friday, January 11, on his page on the social network Facebook said Verkhovna Rada Commissioner on human rights Lyudmila Denisova with reference to the prisoner’s mother Tamara Klyh.

It is noted that Klyh complains of severe pain in the heart, kidneys, liver, he had problems with his legs.

“Suspects probable cancer of the skin. He wanted to be examined, but, according to his mother, the doctors took him to the analysis of a blood and urine. No diagnosis has not delivered, and returned to prison walls,” says Denisov.

Also, according to her, Klyh told her that the prisoner does not receive letters from relatives, although they wrote to him twice a month.

The Ombudsman reported that he had applied to the Commissioner for human rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova with the request to take measures to ensure Clicha proper medical help and appropriate treatment.

“Over the past two months this is my third appeal to it to safeguard the rights of Stanislaus. I will expect answers,” wrote Denisov.



Earlier Klyh said that is in critical condition, he may have gangrene, and there is a suspicion of cancer. 18 Dec Lyudmila Denisova has sent a letter to the Russian Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova with the requirement to provide Ukrainian aid.
