“Judges will also fill in the Declaration and we have already seen examples of when they voluntarily quit because you don’t want to fill in electronic declarations as explanations where expensive cars and houses they have. We know that the changes to the Constitution that we have adopted together with the law, which should create judicial self-governance, to make the judicial system independent from political pressure, it will take effect only at the end of September. But e-Declaration and for judges is also a good mechanism to clean those judges who can’t prove where they have such incomes,” said hopko.

Recall, the state service of special communication and protection of information referred to the National Agency for corruption prevention (NACP) the certificate of conformity of the protection system of e-Declaration. Thus NACP can go to the startup registry entry of electronic declarations from September 1 of the current year.
