At the moment the Russian investigators have charged the female suspect in the fraud (part 2, 3, 4 of article 159 of the criminal code). They are threatened by punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term up to ten years with a fine of up to 1 million rubles (about 450 thousand hryvnia).

PrivatBank previously warned Ukrainians about the new fraud in Instagram. In the network appeared a few fake fraudulent accounts.
