Two local Communists handed out a newspaper Novorossiya, hiding it in the newsletter Dneprodzerzhinsk city Committee of the Communist party.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, two Communists were found guilty of separatism, but liberated by the “law Savchenko”. A decision of the court is contained in the Unified register of court decisions.

Local media reported that we are talking about the former deputies of city and district councils from the Communist party Sergei Tkachenko and Denis Timofeev.

The court found that in 2014, the prisoners were distributed in the center of Dneprodzerzhinsk (Kamenskoe now) newspaper Novorossiya, hiding it in other publications – newspaper, newsletter Dneprodzerzhinsk city Committee of the Communist party Prometheus.

Factory Kamensky district court found the men guilty of violating article 109 of the Criminal code (actions aimed at violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or the seizure of state power).

As is known, the so-called “Savchenko’s law”, provided for the transfer of one day of pre-trial detention for two days of imprisonment. It was cancelled in June 2017, President Petro Poroshenko, however, acted in time pre-trial detention of separatists from Kamensky.

Earlier it was reported that since the law Savchenko killed per year 55.
