The Verkhovna Rada on Tuesday adopted the law on the impeachment of the President

Factions of the Verkhovna Rada came to the agreement on the fact that the bills will vote only the basis, not just in General. With the deputies pledged to submit only substantive changes. This was announced by the representative of the Voice of Yaroslav Yurchyshyn on his page in Facebook on Tuesday, September 10.

“As a result of the meeting of the leaders of the factions agreed that the right to submit edits will be protected. Public servants are willing to go to the second reading of an abridged application procedure edits. Other factions have pledged to submit only substantive changes”, – he wrote.

According to Interfax-Ukraine, then the Parliament adopted in the first reading several draft laws, in particular №№1009, 1025, 1080, 1076, and voted for the reduction of terms of preparation of documents for the second reading.

Earlier Tuesday, in fractions of European solidarity and a Voice said that the majority of the Verkhovna Rada voting in General, for the draft law on the impeachment disregarded regulations, which prohibit the adoption of the bill in principle and in General, if there are objections of MPs. The speaker adjourned the meeting and invited heads of factions for consultations.

“This question couldn’t be delayed. That’s why we thought it was within the rules and within the powers that we delegate to the people of Ukraine,” said Razumkov after the break.

Before it became known that the Verkhovna Rada will work two weeks in a row. The Parliament may consider more than 70 questions.

It was also reported that the Servant of the people intend to change the regulations of the Verkhovna Rada. The current regulations of the Parliament is “a blood clot for any questions” said the first Vice-speaker of the Parliament Ruslan Stefanchuk.
