The Board of Directors of Power machines has considered the question of termination of the contract with the CEO by Roman Filippov.

The Board of Directors of Power machines, which is involved in the scandal with the supply of turbines by Siemens in the Crimea to bypass sanctions, decided to terminate the powers of Director General of Roman Filippov and to terminate the contract with him. About it reports a press-service of the enterprise.

The new appointed General Director Yury Petrenya, who worked as a Deputy General Director–technical Director of Power machines.

Earlier, on July 13, Filippov was questioned in a criminal case for divulging state secrets.

“Roman Filippov interrogated within the criminal case on the fact of disclosure of state secrets, then released”, – informed the Agency Interfax informed source.

Power machines – the Junior partner of the German concern Siemens in Siemens gas turbine technologies (STGT).

Recall that in early July there was a scandal with delivery within the EU sanctions Crimea turbines produced by German company Siemens. Thereafter, Siemens filed a lawsuit against the Russian company Technopromexport, which is accused of illegal movement of gas turbine installations in the Crimea.
