In the Crimea arrived Ernesto Guevara, the son of Cuban revolutionary Ernesto Che Guevara. On Tuesday, April 17, reports RIA Novosti news Agency.

The purpose of the visit – participation in the exhibition of photographs, dedicated to Che Guevara.

“Ernesto Guevara is already in Crimea. Wednesday scheduled opening of the exhibition of Ernesto Che Guevara. The path of freedom,” – said the Agency interlocutor.

The event will be held in the library named after Ivan Franko in Simferopol.

Ernesto Guevara – the youngest son of Che from his second marriage. His father was shot 50 years ago, on 9 October 1967 in the jungles of Bolivia, when Ernesto was two years old.

In the eighties of the last century, Ernesto Guevara Jr. studied in the USSR. Last summer, Ernesto Guevara visited with his wife Petersburg – came to the motofestival St.Petersburg Harley Days. In Cuba he has his own business – he offers trips around the island on bikes.

Che Guevara himself had visited the Crimea in the 1960-ies and visited Artek.
