“Today there have been documented cases of predator attack in the village of Privolnoye and the village Perevalnoe in Simferopol district. As a result of the incident, three injured were taken to the Simferopol district hospital and in the Simferopol city hospital ambulance”, – is spoken in the message.

It is argued that the wolf was destroyed. The animal was transferred for examination to specialists in veterinary medicine, to take samples for possible contamination with rabies

“The wolf who attacked people in the Simferopol district, shot dead by the Rangers, just an hour and a half after the attacks on humans. They (Rangers – ed.) chased him,” – said the Agency interlocutor.

It is also reported that over the past 25 years in the Crimea, the population of wolves has increased tenfold. Now on the Peninsula there are about 300 wolves. Despite the regular shootings, the population continues to grow, not only in the steppe, but in the mountainous part of the Crimea.

Earlier in the Ternopil region a rabid wolf has bitten a man and 18 dogs in two villages. The animal was shot.

Also in the village Shybalyn Berezhany district, Ternopil region a woman was bitten by a wolf. The incident occurred on the territory of the household.
