According to their information, two civilians were killed and one was injured when their car, crossing the line of contact near Yelenovka was blown up by an explosive device (probably an anti-tank mine) on soft ground in the middle of the median.
“Thus, the total number of victims among the civilian population, starting from 1 January 2019, is 2 dead and 7 wounded,” – said in the report.
“For the period from 10 to 24 February, the SMM observed more than 15 thousand 800 violations of the ceasefire (when compared with nearly 10 thousands 400 for the previous two-week period), and 80 units of weapons, taken in violation of the withdrawal lines (45 in areas that are not controlled by the government),” – said in the report.
Earlier it was reported that military in the Donbass in the last days fired from artillery. The separatists 16 times opened fire on positions of Ukrainian troops of the Minsk agreements prohibited weapons.
