This was stated by the OSCE representative to the Trilateral contact group on Donbas Martin Sajdik, reports Interfax-Ukraine on Wednesday, August 22.

“I would like to note that this year we are seeing the most peaceful summer since the start of the conflict,” Sidik told reporters in Minsk.

According to him, since August, there have been deaths among the civilian population, “but there are three wounded”.
