First Deputy Chairman of the special monitoring mission of the OSCE Alexander Hg reported a decrease in the use of prohibited Minsk agreements of weapons compared to the previous week.

“Last week, the special monitoring mission of the OSCE recorded 414 explosions caused by fire from mortars, tanks, artillery and jet systems of volley fire. If to compare this and last week, a decrease in the number of all types of violations of the cease-fire in all directions”, – he said on November 25 at a press conference in Kiev.

Alexander hug also noted that residents of the Luhansk region on both sides of the demarcation line can without electricity and heating.

“Over the past two months the bills for electricity and heating paid by the International Committee of the red cross. Unless urgent intervention of the competent authorities in the supply of water to generate electricity, 600 thousand inhabitants of Ukraine can face the threat to spend Christmas in the dark and cold,” he noted.

He also recalled that the OSCE observers watching the armed men and military vehicles near the village of Lugansk in the off-site cultivation means, in spite of the framework agreement on the breeding effort and money.
