In particular, in the course of the trial established that in April 2014, the accused, knowing that in the village of Raihorodka of the Novoaydarsky area will go to military units of the APU to the place of service in conducting anti-terrorist operations, organized and attracted the local population to the blocking of the movement of columns of military equipment.
“In addition, in the period April-may 2014 latest by prior conspiracy with unidentified persons repeatedly prevented the personnel of the military unit, namely, blocked the road with wooden deck and bags, has publicly expressed his hostility to the military stationed in the village, and urged the military to leave the position”, – stated in the message.
As reported in Prosecutor’s office, according to the results of the proceedings the verdict of the Novoaydarsky district court a man convicted of a crime, he was sentenced to deprivation of liberty for a term of six years.
Earlier in Lviv court sentenced to ten years of imprisonment separatist “LC” who was a member of the so-called “people’s militia “LNR”.
It was also reported that the former Deputy Markov village Council of Luhansk region sentenced to probation for participating in an illegal “referendum” of separatists.
