In the end, Mitsubishi and Nissan made the decision to temporarily suspend sales of four models of runabouts: eK Wagon and eK Space and Dayz Roox and Dayz.

At the end of Thursday shares of Mitsubishi Motors is expected to fall by 20%. On Wednesday, they fell by 15%.

President Tetsuro Aikawa said the losses incurred by the company after the scandal, likely to be very large.
