Today, April 25 at 9:30 in occupied Simferopol, St. Pavlenko, 2, held a regular court session on the recognition of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people by the extremist organization and banning its activities on the territory of the Russian Federation.

This was announced by the Chairman of the CEC of Kurultay of the Crimean Tatars Zaire Smedlyaev in Facebook.

“In my opinion, tomorrow on the basis of the decision Poklonskaya and the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation will pass the decision on the recognition of the Mejlis an extremist organisation! Not so, as it should be according to the Law, first to understand and then make decisions, but rather a stimulus for decision making will serve as unlawfully adopted decisions! The concept, Constitution and Laws, unfortunately, left behind a political order!”, – wrote Smedlyaev.

We will remind, on February 18, the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation submitted to the Majlis of the Crimean Tatar people to the list of public and religious associations whose activities have been suspended in connection with the conduct of extremist activity.
