In the United States rapidly growing oil production

US Department of energy decreased by $2 per barrel the fair price of Brent oil in 2019 to $74 per barrel.

The U.S. Department of energy has raised its estimate of oil production in the country in 2019 from 11.8 million barrels per day (b/d) to 12.1 million b/S. it is reported by Interfax with reference to the report of the Ministry on Tuesday, November 6.

In October, the US produced an average of 11.4 m b/d. Is “a little below the level of September, due to interruptions due to hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico”, according to the Agency.

US Department of energy also notes that oil production in Saudi Arabia and Russia have reached the highest levels in October, thereby offsetting the loss of supply from Iran and Venezuela. The decline in oil production in Venezuela has slowed and evaluation of its oil exports has improved due to the fact that the refining system in the country operates with low utilization.

“Production in Libya resumed faster than expected, due to improved security. The country produced more than 1 million b/d within two months in a row”, – notes the Agency.

US Department of energy decreased by $2 per barrel the fair price of Brent oil in 2019 to $74 per barrel. The price of crude oil in 2019 will average $7 per barrel lower than Brent price.

Earlier it was reported that the United States for the first time in 45 years has become the world leader in oil production, surpassing Russia and Saudi Arabia.
