The Consulate will grant Romanian visas and permits for small border traffic to residents of Transcarpathia.

In early may, the planned opening of the Consulate of Romania in Solotvino (Tyachiv district, Transcarpathian region) which will grant Romanian visas and permits for small border traffic to residents of Transcarpathia. About it reports a press-service of the head of the Transcarpathian regional state administration Gennady Moskal.

Indicated that the Russian has made a working visit to S. Powder Perechyn district and met with the Consul General of Romania in Chernivtsi region Eleonora Moldovan, which the delegation brought humanitarian aid to the local community Volokhov.

“The Chairman of regional state administration and the Consul General discussed the details of the opening of the consulates, prospects of recovery two checkpoints on the Ukrainian-Romanian border in the Transcarpathian region (in S. khizha of vinogradivsky district and S. Yablunivka Khust district), as well as other issues of cross-border cooperation between Transcarpathia and Romania”, – stated in the message.

During the informal part of the trip Moskal met with volkskas and Ukrainian communities, which are more than half a century living in Poroshkovo. For reference: 4800 inhabitants village of about 1500 people present volkskool and 500 Roma community.
