Now the country can visit without a visa for up to 30 days.

Indonesia abolished visas for short-term visits of citizens of Ukraine, reports the Ukrainian Embassy in this country.

The basis for the introduction of a visa-free regime was the decree of the President of Indonesia.

To obtain permission to stay in Indonesia, the citizens of Ukraine will have to present a passport valid for at least six months after arrival in Indonesia, as well as return tickets or tickets to another country.

Thus obtained a residence permit cannot be extended or changed to another.

Visa-free regime will be able to use the owners regular, official and diplomatic passports, which carry out short-term (30 days) visit to Indonesia.

Ukrainians will be able to travel to Indonesia without a visa for tourism, visiting family, social purpose, for the exchange in the field of art and culture, government short-term execution of official duties, holding lectures and seminars, visits to meetings of the main offices or branches of international companies in Indonesia, transit in other countries.

However, a visa-free regime does not apply to individuals who will visit Indonesia with the aim of journalism.
