In the international wanted list at the request of Ukraine.

The former head of the Supervisory Board of NASK Oranta Oleg Spilka and member of the Supervisory Board Alexander Tyminsky Interpol announced an international search. It is reported by the ekonomichna Pravda with reference to law firm “Ilyashev and Partners”.

As noted, Spilka and Tyminsky are accused of plunder of property of Oranta in the amount of more than $10 million.

According to the materials of the criminal proceedings, in 2008 the suspects organized the scheme was handed over to the firm they control the trademark rights of “Oranta” incorporated.

“The transaction price amounted to 6 million. Two months later the same signs were transferred back to the “Oranta” in the lease for a period of five years, for which the insurer has paid more than 65 million hryvnia,” – said in a press release.

“In 2009 a similar scheme was the withdrawal of funds from the sale and repurchase Oranta’s share in the Charter capital of OOO “Garant-Assistance”, in which the company suffered damages in the amount of 16 million UAH”, – reported in law firm.

Police have charged a suspect Splits and Tyminska under part 5 of article 191 of the Criminal code (assignment, waste of property or taking to them by abuse of official position in especially large sizes or organized group) with sanction of up to 12 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
