Japan conducted a successful launch of the carrier rocket Epsilon satellite ASNARO-2, intended for observing the surface of the Earth. About it reports Kommersant.

This is the third launch of the carrier rocket Epsilon. The previous launch was conducted in 2016. Since then we upgraded the mechanism of separation of satellites, made it more reliable.

Satellite ASNARO-2 is able to see and convey the image of objects with a size of 1 m in the conditions of darkness and fog. It can be used in case of natural disasters.
