Ukrainian authorities need a lot to get done before October

Ukraine has until October to comply with the requirements of the European Union.

If Ukraine till the end of October will not fulfil a number of conditions of the European Union, you will not be able to receive the third tranche of macro-financial assistance in the amount of 600 million euros. This was stated by Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine Ivanna klympush-Tsintsadze.

“If Ukraine does not fulfill these conditions before the end of October in a manner acceptable to our partners the format, at least to some of the questions were on the final stage, we will not be able to obtain the last tranche of macro-financial assistance,” said klympush-Tsintsadze in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.

She noted that the program of aid from the EU expires on 4 January 2018, and if Ukraine will not have time, it will be necessary to conduct new negotiations.

Among put forward by Ukraine of requirements – from creating the conditions under which it would be impossible to violate obligations under the free trade zone with the EU (as the moratorium on the sale of round timber or the imposition of additional duties on export of the goods) until the automated system of preliminary checks NACP electronic declarations using the access to all registers, including the State fiscal service.

To address this question will require amendments to the laws. Additionally, NACP should organize themselves for the commencement of such a system.

The requirement is to create a public register of bad loans.

In addition, among the requirements – a solution to the issue of social benefits to immigrants.

According to klympush-Tsintsadze, in poslednem issue, tangible progress: the Ministry of social policy conducted a re-registration and weekly reports to the EU statistics of payments.
