Ambrose not missed in Ukraine in the capital airport

In state frontier service also noted that the information that Archbishop Ambrose 8 Nov crossed the border of Ukraine, arriving on another flight, is not true.

Note, Ambrose was not allowed to Ukraine on 7 November. The Confessor himself said that he came to Kyiv to participate in divine services and in the Assembly the bottom of the Kiev theological Academy, but he was detained at a checkpoint at the airport. In the Department of the border service of Ukraine talked with him, and then refused entry.

The document, according to the Archbishop, as the official reasons for the refusal provided unofficial purpose of the visit. Ambrose called it “blatantly contrived” as it was an invitation from the rector of the Kiev theological Academy.

Earlier, the state border service reported that strengthened control at the airports Borispol and Kiev.
