MFI has sold its stake in the joint Ukrainian-Kazakh-Russian enterprise for nuclear fuel production.

The state property Fund (SPF) of Ukraine on 30 August sold the state shares in the company “Joint Ukrainian-Kazakhstan-Russian enterprise on nuclear fuel production”. About it reports a press-service of the Fund.

At public auction was sold a 33.3% stake of PJSC “Joint Ukrainian-Kazakhstan-Russian enterprise on nuclear fuel production” (“Ukrtvs”) for 799,9 million 47 thousand UAH, which is 51.9% above the initial price.

In total, the auction was attended by six companies. The starting price was $ 921 thousand.

“As a result of the auction, the price increased by 51.9% and reached 47 million 799 thousand 900 UAH. The winner of the auction became LLC “Vice trade”, Kiev,” – said in the message.

We will remind, earlier it was reported that the supplier of nuclear fuel to Ukraine is facing bankruptcy.
