Ukraine withdrew with 29 Russian and foreign journalists

In particular, abolished the restrictive measures in respect of the six Russian journalists.

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has issued a decree lifting sanctions with 29 Russian and foreign journalists. Relevant document published on the website of the head of state on Friday, may 27.

By his decree, Poroshenko approved the decision of the Council of national security and defense Council (NSDC) on the abolition of restrictions, including a ban on the entry of media personnel.

Abolished the restrictive measures in respect of the six Russian journalists: the head of representation of RIA Novosti in Kazakhstan Olga Kovalenko, head of the MIA “Russia today” in Turkey Elena Palazhchenko, the employee of Russia Today news Agency (Poland) Jakub of Korabi, a correspondent of the South African Bureau Agency TASS Alexander Nechayev, a TASS correspondent in Washington Andrew Sajanskogo and the head of the TASS Bureau in Washington Andrey Shitov.

Also from the sanctions list excluded the journalists of the newspaper “Vesti Segodnya” (Latvia) — Vladimir buchelnikov, Edward Eldar, Nikolay Kabanov and Eric Rogalski, editor-in-chief of Agency “the Cursor”, Israeli journalist Max Lurie, editor-in-chief of the weekly newspaper “Echo” (Israel) and the CEO of the company Alexander Ronkino Media Ronkin, Israeli journalist Nathan Potemkin, a journalist of the newspaper Razon (Spain) césar Vidal, a journalist with the Serbian newspaper “Politics”, citizen of Russia, Samardzija Slobodyan, editor of the analytical site (Hungary) Gabor, Denis, host of the TV company “Echo TV (Hungary) Ferenc, Sanislo, the owner of the TV company “Echo TV” and the Hungarian Newspapers Maduah Hirlap Gabor selesh.

The journalist of weekly “day by Day” (Estonia), Andrey Babin, the journalist of the Estonian newspaper “day by Day” Marianne Tarasenko, Moldovan journalist Pavel Gavrilov, the editor of the information resource of the youth wing of the party of Communists of Moldova “Grenada” Paul Grigorchuk, Moldovan journalist and blogger Andrei Safonov, a Swiss blogger, mediaactive Oksana David-Dudin, the journalists of the newspaper “the Diary” (Macedonia) Christo Ivanovski and Dragan Anatov, Bulgarian journalist Elena Yoncheva, Slovak blogger Veronica Puchkova and Slovak blogger and journalist Sergei Helemendik also excluded from the sanctions list.

Earlier today, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed a decree enacted the decision NSDC regarding personal sanctions against representatives of the Russian media.
