The Ukrainian foreign Ministry sent a corresponding note of protest.

The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine sent to Russia a note of protest in connection with the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin occupied the Crimea Peninsula. About it reported in a press-service of the foreign Ministry of Ukraine on Saturday, 24 June.

“The foreign Ministry expresses its decisive protest in connection with another uncoordinated with Ukraine visit of the Russian delegation headed by Putin in Russia temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine – the Autonomous Republic of Crimea 24 Jun 2017”, – stated in the message.

According to the press service, the Ukrainian side considers the mentioned visit and the other “visits” of Russian officials in the Crimea is a gross violation of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, “the cynical and defiant disregard of the Russian party of the generally recognized norms of international law”.

The Ministry stressed that the foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation was sent a note of protest.

We will remind, today called for Putin annexed Crimea, in particular, children’s center “Artek”.
