The Ministry of justice is preparing the fifth lawsuit in the ECtHR against Russia

In the Ministry of justice say they will send to the European court of human rights a chronology of the war.

Ukraine is preparing a fifth case to the European court of human rights against Russia. About this on air of channel 5 said the first Deputy Minister of justice Natalia Sevostyanova.

“In the framework of the European court of human rights we have four large claim against the Russian Federation, and this week will be the following claim, which we will inform later. The volume is hard to describe – it’s gigabytes of data that we upload to the cloud server of the European court. This is a photo, video, regular proof, that the chronology of the war. The Russian side tries to delay the process,” said Sevostyanova.

Note the first claim of Ukraine against Russia was filed on March 13, 2014 regarding the annexation of Crimea.
