Ukraine will no longer file any new claims to the European court of human rights to Russia about events in Crimea and the Donbass, and to submit applications to the already existing.

This was stated by government Commissioner for the ECHR Ivan Lyschina, UNIAN reports.

“We decided that the new statements we will not serve, we will submit the application to existing declarations of human rights violations in Crimea and the Donbass”, – he said.

According to him, due to the fact that Russia starts to abuse a large number of Affairs and trying to dictate terms on the order of their consideration.

Lyschina stressed that in order to avoid this situation, Ukraine requests the court to unite “all things in relation to the Crimea in one production and all things relative to the Donbass, in another production,” and added that now the court is considering this question.

In turn, the Minister of justice of Ukraine Pavlo Petrenko has said that Ukraine has initiated 5 cases in the ECHR.

First of nakasama claims of human rights violations during the illegal occupation of the Crimea, and the second case was against illegal export, that is the actual abduction of Ukrainian children-orphans on the territory of Russia.

According to the Minister, the following cases all concern the chronological events concerning massive human rights violations on the territory of Donbass.

He said that “the volume of these cases have tens of thousands of documents.”

Earlier it was reported that Kiev is confident in winning cases against Russia in the ECHR.

In addition, Kiev claimed that the evidence in the case of the Crimea to the ECHR refutes the position of Russia.
