At the same time, accession to the European Union is supported by 57% of citizens of Ukraine.

Membership in the Alliance supports according to polls 62% of Ukrainians. This was stated by Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine for European and Euro-Atlantic integration Ivanna klympush-Tsintsadze, Government portal reports.

According to her, recent research indicates rising support for Euro-Atlantic and European integration by the citizens of Ukraine.

In addition to the strong support of NATO membership, results of a recent survey conducted by the Kiev international Institute of sociology, show that the accession to the European Union is supported by 57% of Ukrainians.

Deputy Prime Minister suggested that the reason for the increase in the willingness of the population to vote for joining the EU is the introduction of a visa-free regime that could increase the credibility of the European Union.

We will remind, in may for the NATO membership, if there were a referendum, would vote to 44.3% of Ukrainians.
