Agreement on a new cooperation program, according to media reports, plan to sign until the end of the month.

Ukrainian authorities plan to the end of October to sign an agreement with the IMF on the program of financing of Stand-by. On Wednesday, October 10, according to Ukrainian news, citing close to the negotiations sources.

So, according to sources, such a political solution took power after the almost fruitless work of the IMF mission in Ukraine in September.

“Now Ukraine is trying at any cost to resolve the key issues for the signing of the programme and the conditions for its implementation in 2019. Main topics: the price of gas, the state budget and fight against corruption”, – stated in the message.

The signing of the new programme Stend-by, according to sources, to happen before the end of October.

“The program is planned to be signed in October – there is a political decision. The ideal would be until October 18, but hardly have time,” said a source close to the negotiations.

We will remind, till October 18, the Cabinet has postponed the increase in gas prices, which is a prerequisite for the signing of the new program.

As reported, at the meeting of 26 September, the Cabinet had not considered the question of the extension of spacebattles Naftogaz. Moreover, the Minister sotspolitiki Andrey Reva said that the Cabinet may refuse to raise gas prices for the population from October 1, in the absence of an agreement with the IMF.

Reva also said that the gas tariffs for population will increase by 25%.
