The high Council of justice dismissed one judge

Alexander Dzyuba did not agree with the decision of the Second Disciplinary chamber and challenged it in the High Council of justice, however, he left the decision unchanged.

The high Council of justice (SCJ) judge dismissed the Dnieper district court of Kyiv Oleksandr Dziuba by the arrest of activists of the Maidan of 2013-2014. About it reports a press-service of VSP.

It is noted that last summer against Dziuba made a submission on the dismissal on the basis of the decisions on application of measures of restraint in form of detention in respect of persons who were participants of mass protests between 21 November 2013.

“Given the above, the High Council of justice decided to dismiss Alexander Dzyuba as a judge of the Dnieper district court of Kyiv on the basis of paragraph 3 of part six of article 126 of the Constitution of Ukraine”, – stated in the message.
